Shahid Afridi reasons his exit from Pakistan Cup

 Afridi also wished captains of all the teams and hoped that the tournament gets success.

Earlier, cricket fans were left startled when PCB did not include Shahid Afridi’s name in the initial players draft of 75-players.

Pakistan Cup will include teams from the country’s four provinces and a Federal Capital side, PCB announced on Monday.

Sarfraz Ahmed, Shoaib Malik, Younis Khan, Azhar Ali and Misbah-Ul-Haq will lead the sides from Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Federal Capital respectively.

The draft process was also adopted during the teams’ selection for the Pakistan Super League which was held earlier this year.
