IPL 9 weekly statistical review: Virat Kohli's maiden T20 century and other interesting numbers
Indian Premier League statistics from the week gone by.
1 - Kohli scored 100 off 63 in a losing cause against Gujarat Lions which is also his maiden century in T20 cricket.
1 - Suresh Raina is the first Indian batsman to complete 6000 runs in T20s and is the 17th overall to the milestone.
2 - So far, after 20 matches, only two batsmen have scored a century each - Quinton de Kock for Delhi Daredevils and Kohli for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
3 - For the third time in IPL 9 so far, Kings XI Punjab skipper David Miller and Glenn Maxwell fell in the same over - the first of which came against Gujarat Lions, the second vs Delhi Daredevils and the latest against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

3 - Shikhar Dhawan joined Rohit and Ambati Rayudu in an exclusive club to become the third player in IPL history to register a half-century in his 100th match.5 - Rayudu of Mumbai Indians is only the fifth player in IPL history to clock 100 matches for the same franchise. MS Dhoni (Chennai Super Kings), Harbhajan Singh (Mumbai Indians), Kohli (Royal Challengers Bangalore) and Raina (CSK) are the other four.
6 - Along with Jacques Kallis, Harbhajan has recorded six golden ducks in IPL which is the most by any batsman in IPL.
7 - So far, eight times a victory margin of 10 wickets has been achieved in the IPL. SRH are the latest entrant to the list.
8 - Mumbai Indians' Rohit Sharma is the eighth cricketer in IPL history to captain a team in 50 matches.
9 - Mitchell McClenaghan of Mumbai Indians has nine wickets from six matches and continues to wear the purple cap.10 - David Warner and AB de Villiers have hit 12 sixes each which is the most by any batsman so far in the season.
11 - Harbhajan recorded his 12th IPL duck in Mumbai's away match against Delhi Daredevils which is the most by any batsman in the league. Piyush Chawala and Gautam Gambhir both have 11 ducks each.
12 - Gambhir and Murali Vijay share the record for being dismissed via run out on 12 occasions which is an IPL record.
- Against Gujarat Lions, Kohli and KL Rahul stitched an unbeaten 121-run stand for the third wicket which is the 21st time RCB have recorded a 100+ partnership. This is the most by any team. Mumbai Indians are at the second spot with 20 such partnerships, followed by CSK (19) at third.28 - Rohit tops the list of being part of a run out with 28 such involvements. Out of the 28, eight times he has gotten himself out while 20 times he has ran his partner out which is also the most by any batsman in IPL.
29 - The number of half-centuries recorded by SRH captain David Warner which is the most by any in IPL history. Gambhir and Rohit closely follow him with 28 fifties each.72 - Gujarat Lions pillaged 72 runs in the Powerplay overs against RCB in a successful chase of 181 which is the highest by any team so far this season.
92 - Wickets have fallen in the last seven days.367 - Virat Kohli of RCB with 367 runs from five matches at 91.75 ends the week with the orange cap. Gambhir, who ended the last week with most runs, has slipped to fifth spot with 226 runs.
