Legendary Viv Richards has lashed out at the ICC for its official censure of the world T20 champions West Indies, stating that it has a control for the Darren Sammy-led outfit and another for the Indian cricket team.

Top cricketers as T20 captain Darren Sammy, Dwayne Bravo rounder Marlon Samuels had come strongly to West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) for the way it works.

At the sitting ICC Board recently in Dubai, the body came with a statement indicated that West Indies was a player "inappropriate, disrespectful and the event brought into disrepute".

The criticism has not gone down well with Richards, which is one of its greatest cricketing icons.

"There are rules in the one-day game under the auspices of the ICC, such as the system in which on the third arbitrator and things like that to go back," he said of "Jamaican Observer" newspaper.

"So if you are the only governing body of world cricket, then all should be coming under one roof. The Indians do not play certain things that ICC may have in their rules. You completely ignore that and they have to have it get away for years, "Richards said, indicating that India away to the Board because of their clout.

An angry Richards added: "I have to beat only because back try what they are trying because the comments of Sammy do you try to be a body that, when you say that it is not in order, then you will be . this and you're going to be it. "

"If you look around the world in relation to the management of the ICC, there are rules for some and not others," he said.
