It seems decent. But all those hats belong to Adam Bacher - only one of the four who has experience in the level at which the focus will be on the team.

It is not to doubt the credentials of others. Dawn Mokhobo, an independent member of the Board of Management and the Canadian Space Agency, who will lead the investigation, is a masterful work. The decision to make an independent investigation largely from people currently attached to the Canadian Space Agency is commendable. But what does it say about the game in this country that an important examination of the validity of the will be conducted largely by people with little direct knowledge of what they are investigating?

Or you do know what goes wrong for South Africa at the time of the tournament requires a different set of skills that people can not be expected to be just because they played cricket at a high level?
