Pakistan Day parade held in Islamabad


Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman will lead a flypast of F-16s
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Decorated contingents of Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force (PAF) lined up in Shakarparian Ground for Pakistan Day Parade in presence of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, Dunya News reported Wednesday.
President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, Chief of Air Staff reached the Parade Venue to witness armed forces boast off Pakistan’s superiority against enemies.

Ambassadors of different countries and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif among other federal ministers are also present in the parade ground.

SSG commandos move past President, Prime Minister, military higherups 


The line-up of Pakistan Day parade included northern light infantry, Islamabad Police, women officers of the armed forces, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, nursing services, boys scout, girls guide and Special Services Group (SSG).


Contingents of mechanical wing, armed corps, Army Strategic Command Force, artillery and Army Air Defense also took part in the parade. Large number of bystanders and onlookers were there in Sharkarparian Ground supporting their forces, military and political leadership.

Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman led a flypast of F-16s, JF-17 Thunders and F-7PG fighter jets. Navy and army aviation copters were made part of the display as well.
Sher Dil formation of air force presented special aerobatics while paratroopers left the nation in stunned with their skills.
